The Dealer App is a revenue generating SaaS business that gives restaurant groups the opportunity to raise revenue by launching their own branded white-labelled applications. It has successfully built and launched the platform which is live in 120 restaurants in 4 cities across the UK. Registered customers include Byron, Pizza Pilgrims, Patty & Bun and Shoryu Ramen. We have processed more than 200K orders at an estimated transaction value of £2M for our restaurants. We are looking to raise £250K in order to fuel UK expansion.
Applications are transformative for a restaurants revenue. They can be used to run loyalty programs, distribute promotions, sell ticketed events, process online ordering, gather valuable customer data and facilitate effective re-marekting. Unfortunately, they are prohibitively expensive, especially for smaller restaurants. This prevents many restaurants from using them and this has a knock on effect for the profitability of many restaurant operations.
We have built a platform that enables restaurants to create their own branded mobile applications with all the features they need, at a tiny fraction of the cost. We do this through white-labelling our technology. (We put a restaurants banding over the technology and lease it to them for a minor monthly fee.) This enables restaurants to create applications cheaply and easily and dramatically increase the amount of revenue they are able to make as a business.
A single platform: There are other businesses who do parts of what we do: you can join an offers platform, loyalty program, click and collect service. This leaves a fragmented restaurant operation that managers don’t have time for. We bring all the features needed into a single platform that can be managed quickly and easily.
Price: We are the highest quality and also cheapest solution on the market. Getting an application built form scratch would cost tens of thousands of pounds.

The restaurant market is huge and this is a global solution that every restaurant would benefit from. We charge £99.99 per restaurant site per month. Given that there are 88,000 restaurants in the UK, 660,000 in the US and another 877,000 in Europe, that gives us a yearly TAM of £1.9BN.
We are looking to raise £250K at a valuation of £2.65M. We have £100K committed at this level.
