The Problem

We are finding traffic congestion caused by an increase in population and multiple cars. This increases air pollution and health issues. The burning of fossil fuels is the main culprit, depleting the environment.

Target Market and Opportunity

We aim to target ages 16 to 49, all genders, city commuters, environmentalists, students, delivery drivers, dealerships, city councils, sports organisations and emergency & rescue services, just to name a few.
The Government has a 129.5-million-pound plug-in grant scheme for anyone buying an electric motorbike. Consumers can receive 20% up to £1,500 off the purchase of an electric bike. We will also provide an electric motorcycle and moped rental service, including repairing an electric motorbike.

The Solution

The solutions we see to these problems are providing consumers with easily accessible, convenient forms of transportation like motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, and E-bikes, which are zero emissions, uses clean energy, and eliminate fuel costs burning of biofuels and air pollution.

Business Model

We sell high performance, zero-emission, energy-efficient electric motorcycles, which can be used for multiple transportation purposes. They are built with high-quality racing accessories and are digitally integrated with modern technology. We utilise several factories in Asia that produce our products to the specifications we set forth, assemble and then ship the vehicles directly to a destination we determine. The cars are sold via our website and showroom, social media platforms, product display booths, and trade shows. The key activities we undertake are community-based events such as training and apprenticeships, an electric motorbike rental programme and hosting exciting motorsport events.

We will host TORC motorsport events that build brand awareness and showcase our products, erect display booths in high traffic reputable establishments, participate in trade shows and open a showroom.
To encourage large orders, we will approach delivery companies, dealerships, sports organisations, city councils and emergency services to purchase fleets of vehicles.
We will provide an electric motorcycle and moped rental service, including performing electric motorbike repairs and partnering with solar companies, local manufacturers,s and financers to offer rebates and coupons that incentivise customers to purchase our products.
